Estate of Thomas Mayne } In County Judge Court

By The County Judge of Said County:
The said Last Will, and Testament having
been duly established by the sworn testimony
of J.J. Thompson and E.C. Wimberly -
Subscribing, and attesting witnesses thereto as
being the true last will, and Testament of the
said Thomas Mayne, and no objection being
made to the probate thereof; and it appearing
to the County Judge of said County by due proof
that the said Thomas Mayne died on the 19th
day of October AD 1902:
It is therefore ordered, adjudged, and decreed,
that the said Last Will, and Testament, bearing
date of September 29" AD 1902 and attest
by E.C. Wimberly, and J.J. Thompson
as subscribing witnesses thereto be and the same
is hereby, admitted to probate, according to law,
as and for the true Will, and Testament of said
Thomas Mayne, deceased, and that the same
with proof thereof, be duly recorded in the
Book of Wills.

at Gainesville in the said County this 4th
day of November AD 1902

H. Winges respectfully showeth that he is a
resident of Alachua County State of Florida,
that on the 19th day of October AD 1902
Thomas Mayne of Gainesville in said Alachua
County departed this life at Gainesville leaving
a last Will, and Testament duly signed, and attested
as your petitioner believes which he now presents
to your honor for probate, That the said testator in said
Will nomnated your petitioner, S.H. Winges Executor
