Thomas Mayne - Estate }
  That said deceased left property, and
effects as follows Real, and personal
property. The said deceased left him
surviving his only heir at law,
That your Petitioner resides at Gainesville Florida,
and he is willing to accept, and undertake the
trust confided to him in said will, wherefore your
petitioner prays that the said will be admitted to
probate, and the Letters Testamentary thereon may
be issued to him after proper hearing, and proof
and that all other orders necessary may be made

sworn says that the the foregoing petition
by him subscribed is true.

last Will and Testament that S.H. Wienges,
named therein as Executor thereof: and
the said S.H. Wienges having prayed the Court
to Grant Letters testamentary thereon to his
as such Executors and no objection being
made thereto:
It is Ordered and Decreed: That upon
taking the oath prescribed by law, Letters
Testamentary as afore said under the seal
of this Court be granted to the said
Samuel H. Winges as Executor of said Will
and Testament
