To All To Whom These Presents Come
Greeting:
Whereas Thomas Mayne late of County
aforesaid, died on the 19th of October AD
1902 leaving his last Will, and Testament,
which having been satisfactorily proven, was
on the 4th day of November AD 1902
duly admitted to probate, and record in
this Court. And by said last Will and Testament
apperars that S.H. Wingies was named therein
as the Executor thereof, and the said S.H. Win-
gies having prayed the Court to grant Letters
Testamentary therein to him as Executor, and
having, in due form of law, taken the prescribed
oath, and performed all other acts necessary to
his lagal qualification as such Executor.
Now Therefore, Know Ye That I H.G. Mason
County Judge in and for County aforesaid
by virtue of the power, and authority by law
in me vested, do hereby declare the said
S.H. Winges duly qualified by the laws of the
Said State of act as Executor of said Will, and
Testament, with full power by the provisions of
law, and by virtue of these presents, to administer all
and singular the goods chattells, rights, and Credits
of the said Thomas Mayne, and to ask
demand sue for recovery, and recieve the same:
to pay the debts in which the said
Thomas Mayne, stood bound, so far as the
assets shall extend, and the law directs,
and duly entitled to have, and hold for the
purposes directed in, and by the said
last Will and Testament, all the estate of said
