                  S.H. Winges Executor

             , Thomas Mayne during the lagal continuance
             of his administration, untill the same shall expire
             by virtue of provisions of this said last Will
             and Testament, or untill the power and authority
             hereby granted shall be duly revoked according
             to law.
                In Testimony Whereof, I hereunto set my
                     affix the
             hand, and^seal of the County of Alachua at
             Gainesville Fla this 4th day of November, 1902

                     Before me H.G. Mason, County Judge
             of said County personally appeared S.H. Wingies
             who by me first duly sworn says that Thomas
             Mayne late of the County of Alachua and
             the State of Florida, died on the 19th day of
             October AD 1902 leaving his last Will and
             Testament, and that he the said deponent
             named there in as Executor thereof, That he will
             faithfully discharge the duties of Executor, afore
             said: Well, and truly perform the last Will, and
             Testament: pay the just debts in which the said
             Thomas Mayne stood bound so far as
             assets will extend, and the law direct: render to
             and fille in the County Court of said
             Alachua County a Just, true and perfect inventory
             and accounts of all, and singularly the Estate
             of the said deceased Thomas Mayne, and of his
             administration thereof when thereupon required.
