           Last Will, and Testament
                     of
           -Thomas Mayne.

           I Thomas Mayne of Alachua County
           Florida, being of sound mind memory
           and discretion, and fully concious of what
           I am about to do, and mindful of the un-
           certainty of human life, do hereby make
           publish, and declare this as, and for my
           last Will and Testament:
           First = It is my will, and desire, and
              --   I do direct that my Executor to be
           herein after named, Shall pay, and
           Satisfy in full all, and every of my
           Just debts as soon as practicable.
           =Second=
                   I give devise, and bequeath unto
           F.E. Wingies all and singularly, the lands
           tenements hereditaments, and appurtanances,
           and all personal property, and mixed property
           situated in Alachua County Florida, or
           Wheresoever the same may be situated
           of which, I may die Seized, and possessed
           or to which I may be entitled to at my
           decease, and all other property, of every
           character nature, and description -
           whatsoever, and wheresoever situated of which
           I may be possessed at my decease
           I hereby appoint Samuel H. Winges my
           Executor without bond.
           In Witness whereof I have signed, and sealed
           published, and declared this instrument
           as my Will at Gainesville Florida in
           Alachua County Florida on this the 29th
           day of May September AD 1902
