       County of Alachua  } Personally came before me
                            J.J. Thompson to me well
       known, who being duly sworn deposes, and says: 
       That he was present, and saw Thomas Mayne
       sign, seal publish, and declared the accompaning
       instrument as and for his last Will and Testament
       and that this affiant, and E.C. Wimberly
       signed the same at the same time and place,
       and in the presence of, and at the request of
       said Testator, and Subscribing Witnesses thereto.
       Affiant futher Swears that he truly believes that
       the writing here exhibated is the true last Will,
       and Testament of the said deceased, and that
       the writing signature there to is genuine
