Judge of the said Court the petition of
Julia M. Dickison respectfully showeth
that she is a resident of Windham County
the State of Vermont that on the 4th day of
October AD 1902 W.O. Dickinson of Waldo
in Alachua County Florida departed this
life at his home leaving a last Will, and
Testament, duly signed and attest, as your
petitioner believes, which she now present to
your honor for probate, That said testator in
said will nominate your petitioner Julia M. Dickinson
Executrix thereof, That said deceased left proper-
ty and effects as follows: One lot of land, and
some personal property in Alachua County Florida,
That said deceased left him surviving a widow
your petitioner resides at Vernon -
Windham County Vermont, and she is willing
to accept, and undertake the trust Confided to
her in said will, where-fore your petitioner
prays that the said will be admitted to probate,
and Letters Testamentary there on be issued to her
After proper hearing, and proof, and that all other
orders necessary may be made.
