after a true examination of the Will of said Deceased:
It is ordered that said Will be allowed and proved &
and that the same be and is hereby admitted to probate,

Alachua County } I Mrs Charlotte E.F. Dumas (widow) a
citizen of Gainesville in said State and County being of
sound mind memory, and discretion, and wishing to settle
my worldly affairs whilst I am well in body and mind
do make ordain and declare this my last Will and Testament
hereby revoking any and every will hetherto by me
made,
Item 1st- I desire all my debts to be paid from the sale
of my real estate
Item 2nd- I desire that my Executor hereinafter to be
appointed, to sell all of my real estate either at public or
private sale wherever the said Real estate may be situated
exercising his best discretion therein for cash.
Item 3- I do hereby will and bequeath the rest proceeds
of the sale of my house and lot in Gainesville Florida
as follows viz; one half thereof to Joseph F. Bennett, Robert
M. Bennett, and William G. Bennett (who are the children
of Martha Bennett and her husband S.F. Bennett)
share and share alike
Item 4 I will and bequeath to Mila G. Miller daughter
of Laura S.J. Miller, my sewing machine.
Item 5. I will and bequeath to Laura Pearle Bennett
and Maiiie L. Miller each a feather bed mattress and
attachments.
Item 5, I desire that my land described as Lots 2,3&4 in
Sec No. 30 Town, 17 S, Range No 25, E, to be sold to the best
advantage and out of the proceeds thereof first to pay all
expenses, attorneys fees mortgages or other debts connected there
with or incident to said land, together with an allowance
for improvements claimed to be put thereon by Mrs Owens |
