In the Name of God. Amen.
I William H. Henson, being of sound mind, and
memory, and Considering the uncertainty of this frail and
transitory life do therefore make, ordain, publish
and declare this to be my last Will and Testament
that is to say:
First - After all my lawfull debts are paid and discharged
I give, and bequeath Convey and devise unto my
Executors herein after named the following described
lands to witt: The South West quarter of North
West quarter of section Ten(10) of Township 11 S of
Range 22 East also lot No 11 of the south West
quarter of the South East quarter of Sec Nine (9) of
Township 11 South of Range 22 E - Containing
52 36/100 acres, Also lot Three in section Sixteen
of Township 11 S of Range 22 East Containing 45
Acres also lot Four Section Sixteen of Township
11 S of Range 22 E Containing 43 acres also
lot No 2 of the Bailey survey of the Tillis
addition of Hawthorne said lot being in the
North East Corner of the North West quarter of the
South East quarter of Section 27 of Township 10 S of Range
22nd, East, and being West of the Link Liggins lot,
and running west to the Street all situated in
Alachua County Florida to be sold by Executors
to the best advantage, and request my Executors
after
herein^named to sell all of my personal property
and the proceeds of the above described lands and my
personal property, I do hereby direct that the
same shall be disposed of as follows -
I request my Executors to Expend Two hundred
Dollars out of the proceeds of the sale of the above
property in the purchase of the sale of the above
in the purchase of three Tombstones One each to
be placed over the graves of my mother, and my
sister Mary A. Hilleary, and myself.
I do hereby give devise, and bequeath unto my Father
Robert J. Henson Sr Five dollars, and to my
sister Serena Henson I do hereby give and bequ-
-eath the sum of Five dollars and to my
sister Margaret Moree I do hereby give, and
