bequeath Five dollars, and write my sister Sarah
Moree. I do hereby give, and bequeath the sum of
Fifteen dollars.
After all of my person expenses are paid, and
all lawful debts are paid, and after the above named
bequest are paid I request, and direct my Executors
hereinafter named to deposit in some good
Bank the balance of the money in their hands
for the children of A.U. Hilleary Viz Willie T.
Hilleary, and Burton B. Hilleary as I do hereby
give, and bequeath to them the said Willie T. Hilleary
and Burton B. Hilleary such balance of funds
in some good Bank, and to be paid to them when
they shall arrive at the age of twenty years, but
should, their Father die before they are 20 years of age
and they should need said funds, then I direct
that the same shall be paid to them at the
discretion of my Executors;
Likewise I make, Constitute, and appoint Thomas
A. Johnson, And F.J. Hammond to be the executors
of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking
all former Wills by me made.
In Witness Whereof, I have hereunto
sub scribed my name and affixed my seal
the Thirtieth day of December in the year of
our Lord One thousand nine hundred, and

The above writen and printed instrument was subscribed
by the said William H. Henson in our presence,
and acknowledged by him to each of us: and
he at the same time declared the above instrument,
So Subscribed, to be his last Will, and Testament;
and we at his request, have signed our names as
Witness hereto, in his presence, and in the
presence of each other and writen opposite our
names our respective places of residence.
