Personally appeared before me
H.G. Mason County Judge for the County aforesaid
Evans Haile the subscribing Witness to the foregoing
paper writing, who being duly sworn declares
and Says that W.H. Henson did, in his presence
sign seal, and publish the foregoing paper writing
as and for his last Will, and Testament: that he the
said witness signed the same as a subscribing
witness at the Special request of the said testator;
And that the said testator signed, said paper writing
in the presence of -" M. Clements - who likewise
signed said paper writing as Subscribing Witnesses,
in the presence and at the request of said testator,
And also in the presence of this affiant and that he
Verily believes said paper writing to be the true last
Will and Testament of said testator.
Sworn to, and Subscribed, before me } Evans Haile.

said Court, the petition of T.J. Hammonds respectfully
showeth that he is a resident of Alachua County,
State of Florida that on the day of
W.H. Henson of Hawthorne in said
Alachua County departed this life at his leaving
a last Will and testament, duly signed, and
attested as your petitioner believes, which he
now presents to your honor for probate
That said testator in said will nominated your
petitioner F.J. Hammond, executor there to,
The said deceased left property, and effects, as
follows, real and Personal property.
That said deceased, left surviving his only
heirs at law. That your petitioner resides
