wherefore your petitioner prays that the said will
may be admitted to probate, and letters testa
testamentary, thereon may be issued to him after

County, to the Honorable H.G. Mason, Judge
of said Court, the petitioner of T.A. Johnson
respectfully showeth that he is a resident of
Brevard County, State of Florida, that on the
10th day of February AD 1903.
W.H. Henson of Hawthorne in the said Alachua
County, departed this life at his home leaving a
last Will, and Testament, duly signed, and attested
as your petitioner believes, which he now presents to
your honor for the probate. That said testator in
said will nominate your petitioner T.A. Johnson
Executor there of. The said deceased left property, and
effects as follows Real estate and Personal property.
The said deceased left him surviving Father, three
sisters & 2 nephews his only heir at law. That your
petitioner resides at La Grange Fla and is willing
to accept, and undertake the trust confided to him in said
will, wherefore your petitioner prays that the said will
be admitted to probate and Letters Testamentary thereunto
may be issued to him after propper hearing, and proof
and that all others orders necessary be made.
