Before me H.G. Mason County Judge
of said County, personally appeared, T.A. Johnson
who being by me first duly sworn says that W.H. Henson
late of the County of Alachua, and State of Florida
died on the 10th day of February AD 1903, leaving
his last Will and Testament, and that he the said
deponent named therein as Executor thereof
That he will faithfully discharge the duties of
Executor aforesaid; well, and truly perform
the said last Will and Testament: pay the just debts
in which the said W.H. Henson stood bound, so
far as assets extend, and the law directs: render to
and file in the County Court of said County of
Alachua a just, true and perfect inventory, and account
of all and singular the estate of said W.H. Henson
