                Alachua County   }
                                  Before me H.G. Mason, County
                Judge of said County personally appeared
                F.J. Hammonds who being duly sworn; says
                that W.H. Henson late of the County of Alachua,
                and State of Florida, died on the 10th day of
                February AD 1903, leaving his last Will and Testa-
                ment, and that he the said deponet was named
                therein as Executor there of, That he will faithfully
                discharge the duties of Executors aforesaid; well and
                truly perform the said last Will and Testament;
                pay the just debts in which the said W.H. Henson
                stood bound, so far as assett will extend and law
                direct; render to and file in the County Court of said County
                of Alachua a just, true, and perfect inventory, and
                account of all, and singular the estate of said W.H.
                Henson deceased, and of his administration thereof
                whereunto required

                Sworn to, and subscribed before me, this 20th day of
                March AD 1903

                County Judge of Alachua Co }
                Your Petitioner A.U. Hilleary a citizen, and resident of Alachua
                County would very respectfully show unto your Honor that he
                is a resident, and citizen of Alachua County Florida, and is the duly authorized
                and qualified guardian of his two sons Wm F. and Bernard B. Hilleary
                both minors, and infants; that within the past two months
                Wm H. Henson, an uncle of these two minors, died and left
                a will therein appointing F.J. Hammond and T.A. Johnson
                as Executors of the said will; that the said T.A. Johnson
                is a nonresident of Alachua County; that under the provisions
                of said will Considerable property left by the said W.H. Henson
                was to be sold by the said Executors, and the money to
                be invested by said Executors for the benefit of said
                two minors. Your petitioner therefore prays that said Executors T.J.
                Hammond and T.A. Johnson be required to give a good bond, and he will
                ever pray &                  A.U. Hilleary
