Will "W.R. Townsend"
I W.R. Townsend of the town of Hawthorne in the
County of Alachua, and the State of Florida
being of sound mind, and memory and understanding,
do make my last Will and Testament in manner and
form following"
First: After my death that all of my honest debts be
paid.
Second. I give and bequeath to my beloved wife Henrietta
E. Townsend, all that tract or parcel of land known and
decribed as follows Viz. Starting at the South West Corner
of the south west quarter of the South East Quarter of Section
(25) twenty Five, Township (10) Ten, Range 22 Twenty
Two East Run North eight Chains to Rail Road track
Go Back to the Starting Point run east nine chains
to the South East Corner of the lot. Thence north fourteen
Chains and twenty five links to the Rail Road Tract
of the Florida Southern Rail Road which is the north-
ern boundary of the above described lot Containing
ten Acres more or less. I also will and bequeath to
my beloved wife Henrietta E. Townsend, all my live
stock of every description, all of my household and Kitchen
furniture Vehicles, and farming implements of every descrip
tion to have the above mentioned property her life time
and at her death all the above mentioned property
shall go to her three children Eva D. Townsend
Charlie Townsend and Harry J. Townsend, and any other
children that may be born of her marriage with myself
in future shall share equally in the above described
property with the above named children.
Third, I will and bequeath to my beloved children Eva
D. Townsend, Charlie T. Townsend Harry J. Townsend, and
other children that may in future be born of my
marriage with my beloved wife Henrietta E. Townsend
to share equally the following described lots or parcels of
land, One acre more or less in the North West Corner of the
south East quarter of the North east quarter of Section (36)
Thirty Six Township (10) Ten, Range (22) Twenty Two East.
Also the North West quarter of section (36) Thirty Six Township (10) Ten
Range (22) East. Fourth = To my daughter Mary E. Morrison
and to my Sons W.C. Townsend & Robert A. Townsend I will, and bequeath
