not to exceed two hundred dollars to Mr Owens for improvements
as aforesaid-The residue of the sale of said land
(containing 262 21/100) acres, I bequeath as follows; after pay-
ment of debts-Two-thirds thereof, to be equally divided
between Emma Owens and Nannie J. Dumas (who are
the children of my deceased husband Covington Dumas)
The remaining one-Third, I bequeath to the legatees mentioned
in the third (3rd) Item of this Will, share and share alike
     Item 6, I do nominate and appoint my friend and
neighbor Dr. William H. Bracey, of Gainesville Florida
to be the executor of this my Last-Will and Testament
and request that no bond be required.
     In Testimony Whereof I have hereunto set my
     hand, and seal in presence of James Bell
     W.W. Hampton and S.Y. Finley, whom I have
     called to act as subscribing witnesses to this my
     last Will, This June 11th 1883
