                   In the Name of God, Amen.
                                  I John A. Simonton of
          the town of Micanopy in the County of Alachua,
          and State of Florida, being of sound mind and
          memory and Considering the uncertainty of life do hereby
          make ordain, publish, and declare this to be my last Will
          and testament:  That is to say: first after all my
          lawfull debts are paid, and discharged, and the
          expenses of my funeral shall have been paid
          the residue of my Estate I give bequeath and of as
          follows to witt: To my beloved wife Nolie M.
          Simonton all my real Estate lying, and being situate
          in the State of South Carolina, the State of Tennessee
          and the State of Florida, as will fully show by deeds
          to the same also all of my personal Estate Consisting
          of money stock Machinery Wagons Buggy farming
          implements, and household, and Kitchen furniture less,
          less the sum of One thousand dollars in money
          I bequeath to my beloved daughter Natella Herlong
          to be paid at my death.
          I do hereby make Constitute, and appoint my beloved
          wife to be Executor of this my last Will and
          Testament.
          In Witness whereof I have hereunto subscribed my
          name, and affixed my seal this 17th day of July AD 1902

          The above instrument was subscribed by the above
          named John A. Simonton in our presence, and ac-
          knowledged by him to each of us; and at the same
          time he published, and declared the said instrument
          so subscribed to be his last Will and Testament
          And we at the testators request and in his presence
          have signed our names as witnesses and writen opposite
          our names our respective places of residence.
