ALACHUA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
IN RE: ESTATE OF
JOHN A. SIMONTON, DECEASED.
This cause coming on to be heard upon the probate
of the Will of the said John A. Simonton, deceased, and
thereupon J.B. Simonton, being by me first duly sworn, testi-
fied as follows:
My name is J.B. Simonton. I knew John A. Simonton in his
lifetime; I am familiar with his handwriting; I am not in-
terested in the Estate of the said John A. Simonton.
Thereupon, the Court exhibited to the said witness a
paper purporting to be the last will and testament of John
A. Simonton, deceased, dated the 17th day of July, 1902, and
having heretofore been filed on the 6th day of March, 1903,
and recorded in the Probate Records of Alachua County, Florida,
in Will Book C, page 582.
Thereupon, the witness further testified: I verily be-
lieve that the writing exhibited as the last will and testa-
ment of John A. Simonton to be the last will and testament of
the said John A. Simonton.
