"Proof"    State of Florida }
           Alachua County   } Personally appeared before me
           H.G. Mason County aforesaid W.W. Brice the
           Subscribing witness to the foregoing paper writing,
           who being duly sworn, declares, and says that
           John A. Simonton did in his presence sign seal, and
           published the foregoing paper writing as and for his last
           Will and Testament, and that he the said witness
           signed the same as subscribing witness at the special
           request of said testator: and that the said testator signed
           said paper writing in the presence of J.H. Morfett
           W.W. Brice & J.W. Smith who likewise signed said paper
           writing, as such subscribing witnesses, in the presence and at
           of said testator and also in the presence of this affiant, and
           that he veryily believes said paper writing to be the last
           Will and Testament of said Testator
           Sworn to, and subscribed before me     }    W.W. Bryce
           this 6th day of March A.D. 1903        }
