mentary Alachua County } In the County Court of Alachua County
to the Honorable H.G. Mason Judge of said Court
the Petition of Mrs Nolie M. Simonton respectfully showeth
that she is a resident of Alachua County State of Florida, that
on the 28th day of January AD 1903, John A. Simonton
of Micanopy Alachua County Florida, departed this life
at Micanopy laving a last Will, and Testament duly signed
and attested as your petitioner believes, which she now presents
to your Honor for probate. The said deceased left property
and effects, as follows: real and Personal property in
Tennessee, South Carolina and Florida. The said deceased
left his surviving wife Nolie M. Simonton, his only heir at
law. That your petitioner resides at Micanopy Fla
Wherefore your petitioner prays that she may be admitted
to probate, and letters testamentary thereon may be issued to
Nolie M. Simonton after proper hearing and proof, and
that all other orders necessary may be made.
