Will      Arthur Miles
                 I Arthur Miles of Alachua County
        State of Florida, a farmer by Ocupation make this
        my last Will, and Testament, in manner following
        That is to say 1- I order, and direct that all my just
        debts shall be paid with Convenient speed
        That my attorney Chris Matheson be paid the
        sum of Twenty two, and 50/100 dollars for legal Service
        rendered during my life time. I order, and direct that
        my personal property be sold, by my executors
        living after named with all covenants after my
        death after such advertisements as to him may seem
        proper. I order, and direct that my real property
        be sold, by my executors, hereinafter named with
        all convenient speed after my death.
        That notice of the time, year terms of the sale be
        given for not less than 30 or more than 60
        days by at least one insertion in some news
        paper published in Alachua County Fla.
        Provided however that my real estate shall bring not
        less than Two hundred dollars. In the event that
        my real estate shall not bring $200.00, I direct that
        my executors rent the same, in the proceeds of such
        rent to be distributed as follows to will: One half
        to go to my daughter Patsy, the remaining half
        to be distributed equally, among my grand Children
        by my son Feon. I order and direct that the proceeds
        arising from the sale of my property both real, and
        personal after the payments of the debts above set
        forth be distributed as follows to wit, One half to
        my daughter Patsy, the remaing half to be distributed
        equally among my grand Children by my son
        Feon. I appoint Chris Matheson of Gainesville,
        Alachua County Florida, an attorney at Law executor
        of this my last will. In Witness Whereof: I have
        hereunto signed, and sealed this instrument: and
        published, and declared the same to be my last will and
        testament, at Gainesville, Fla on this 7th day of February
        AD 1903.                         his

        Then and there signed and published by Arthur Miles as and for
        his last will, in the presence of us who at his request in his presence,
        and in the presence of each other have hereto set our hand names as
        witnesses. The words my home bein eraced in next to last line and
        the words Gainesville Fla inserted
