Proof        Arthur Miles  (continued)
            - in the presence of E.B. McCueen, who
             likewise signed said paper writing, as subscribing
             Witnesses, in the presence, and at the request of said
             testator, and also in the presence of this affiant,
             and that he verily believes said paper writing, as
             subscribing witness in the presence and at the
             request of said testator, and also in the presence
             of this affiant, and that he verily believes said paper
             writing in the presence of E.B. McCuen who likewise
             signed said paper writing, as subscribing Witnesses
             in the presence, and at the request of said testator,
             and also in the presence of this affiant, and that he
             Verily believes said paper writing to be the true last
             Will, and Testament of said testator.
             Sworn to and subscribed before me
             this 13th day of April AD 1903.

                                       Estate of Arthur Miles
               The said Last Will and Testament having been
             duly established by the sworn testimony of
             J.D. Matherson subscribing, and attesting Witnesses
             thereto, as being the true Last Will, and Testament
             of the said Arthur Miles, and no objection
             being made to the probate hereof: and it appear-
             ing to the County Judge of said County by
             and proof that the said Arthur Miles died on
             the 19th day of March AD 1903.
             It is therefore ordered, and adjudged and
             decreed, that the said Last Will, and Testament,
             bearing date Feb 7th 1903, and attested
             by J.D. Matherson, and E.B. McCuen, as subscribing
             Witnesses thereto be, and the same is hereby, admitted
             to probate according to law, as and for the true Last
             Will and Testament of said Arthur Miles deceased
             and that the same, with the proof thereof, be duly recorded in the
             Book of Wills.             Given under my hand and seal at Gainesville
             in                  (  )   in this the said County this 13th day of April
