E.F. Dumas having been duly proved by Wm H. Bracey
the Executor nominated and appointed by the Testatrix
in said Will: It is therefore ordered that the said Will
be admitted to record, and that Letters Testamentary
do issue to Wm.H. Bracey.

   Your Petitioner respectfully showeth that Elizabeth A.
Bracey, a citizen of said State & County, departed this life
on the 23rd day of September 1883.
   Your Petitioner further showeth that said Deceased made a
Last Will and Testament, and your petitioner was nominated
constituted and appointed by said Will to be the sole
Executor of the same, which said will is herewith presented
and your Petitioner prays your Honor to admit the same
to probate, in th*** of the statute in such case made
and provided and your Petitioner will ever pray & c
