County to the Honorable H.G. Mason Judge of said
Court, the petition of Mrs Julia D. Finley, respectfully
showeth that she is a resident of Alachua County
State of Florida that on the 27th day of June AD 1903,
Samuel Y. Finley of Gainesville Fla leaving a last
will, and testament, duly signed, and attested, as
your petitioner believes, which she now presents to
your honor for probate. That said testator in said
will nominated your petitioner Mrs Julia D. Finley
executrix thereof. That the said deceased left property,
and effects as follows, Real & Personal property
That the said deceased left him surviving Mrs Julia
D. Finley Mrs Emily Christopher, Mrs Jessie Patton, Mayme
M. Finley as his only heirs at law. That your petitioner
resides at Gainesville, Florida, and is willing to accept
and undertake the trust Confided to her in said will,
wherefore your petitioner prays that the said will be
admitted to probate, and letters testamentary thereon
may be issued to Mrs Julia D. Finley after proper
hearing, and proof, and that all other orders, made

foregoing petition by her subscribed is true
Sworn to, and subscribed before me this 14th day of

said County personally appeared Mrs Julia D. Finley who
being duly sworn, says that Samuel Y. Finley, late
of the County of Alachua and the State of Florida died on the
27th day of June AD 1903, leaving his last Will, and Testament
and that she the said deponent named there in as Executrix
afore said well and truly perform the said last
Will and Testament -: pay the Just debts in which the said
Samuel Y. Finley stood bound, so far as the assets will
extend and law directs, render to and file in the County Judges
Court of said County of Alachua a just true and perfect Copy inventory
and account of all and singular the Estate of said Saml Y. Finley
deceased, and of her administration there of when thereunto required.
