To All To Whom These Present Shall
Come = Greeting:
Whereas Samuel Y. Finley late of the County
aforesaid, died on the 27th day of June AD 1903,
leaving his last Will, and Testament which having
been satisfactorily proven, was on the 14th day of
May AD 1903 duly admitted to probate and
record in the Court. And as by said last Will
and Testament appears that Mrs Julia D. Finley
was named therein as the Executrix thereof, and
the said Mrs Julia D. Finley having prayed
the Court to grant Letters Testamentary thereon
to her as such Executrix, and being in due form
of the law taken the prescribed oath, and per-
formed all other acts necessary to her legal
qualification as such Executrix.
Now Therefore Know Ye, That I H.G. Mason
County Judge in, and for said County aforesaid
by virtue of the power, and authority by law
in me vested, do hereby declare the said Mrs
Julia D. Finley duly qualified by the laws
of said State to act as Executrix of said Last
Will, and Testament with full power, by the
provisions of law, and by virtue of these presents, to
administer all, and singular the goods, chattels
rights, and credits of Samuel Y. Finley and
to ask demand, and, sue for, recover and receive
the same: to pay the debts in which the
said Samuel Y. Finley stood bound, so far as the
assets shall extend, and the law directs, and
duly entitled to have, and to hold for the purpose direc
ted in, and by the said Last Will, and Testament, all
the Estate of Samuel Y. Finley during the legal continuance
of her administration, untill the same expire by
virtue of the provisions of said last Will, and Testament or untill the power
and authority hereby granted shall be duly revoked according to law.
In Testimony Whereof, I hereunto set my hand, and affixed the Seal of the
County Court aforesaid at Gainesville this 14th day July AD 1903
