Warrent of In the County Judges Court }
State of Florida, } By The County Judge of
Alachua County } Said County.
To R.B. Weeks and Thomas Hammond,
You are hereby appointed appraisers of
the personal estate of W.H. Henson deceased late
of said County of Alachua. After taking the oath
required by law, you will proced to make inventory and
appraisment of all such real estate as shall be
produced to you, or which shall come to your Knowledge,
and after having signed the same, and obtained the
signature of the Executors you will deposit said
inventory, and appraisment in the office of the County
judge of said County of Alachua, and if the deceased
shall have left a widow or children you will exempt from
general
your^inventory all their wearing apparel, and such house
hold goods farming utensils provisions and clothing as may be
necessary for their maintenance having special regard to their
ability to provide for, and maintain themselves - and make a
Seperate schedule thereof togather with the family for whose
benefit such exemptions are made.

Before R.H. Stringfellow a Justice of the
Peace personally appeared R.B. Weeks, and Thomas
Hammonds, and made oath in due form of law that
they will truly, and justly view, and appraise according
to the best of their judgment, and oppinion all the
personal estate of W.H. Henson deceased, which shall
be produced by them or shall Come to their knowledge.
