"Will"         "Adelia M. Wood"
               of Baldwinville New York, and her four
               Children. And I direct that this money be forwarded
               and divided in the same way, and manner as directed
               in Item 9th above
Item 11th      I direct that all the devises, and bequests herein made
               shall enure to the benefit of the respective devisees
               and legatees in fee simple absolute.
Item 12th      I here by appoint William T. Waters of Kirkwood 
               Florida my Executor under this will.

               In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand
               at Kirkwood Florida this ninth day of May AD 1903

               Alachua County   } Personally appeared before me
               H.G. Mason County Judge for the County aforesaid
               H.L. Montgomery the subscribing witness to the fore
               going paper writing, who being duly sworn, declares
               and says that Adelia M. Wood did in his presence
               sign seal, and publish the foregoing paper writing
               as her last Will and Testament: And that he the
               said Witness signed the same as a subscribing Witness at
               the special request of the said testator: and that the said
               testatrix signed said paper writing in the presence of said
               Witness H.L. Montgomery and Frances W. Montgomery who
               likewise signed said paper writing as subscribing Witnesses
               in the presence, and at the request of said testator: and
               Also in the presence of this affiant, and that he verily be-
               lieves said paper writing to be the last Will and
               Testament of said testator.       }  H.L. Montgomery
