In the County Court of Alachua
County to the Honorable H.G. Mason Judge of said
Court the petition of W.T. Waters respectfully showeth that
he is a resident of Alachua County State of Florida
that on the 11th day of July AD 1903 Adelia M.
Wood, of Kirkwood Alachua County departed this life at
her home leaving a last Will and Testament duly
signed and attested as your petitioner believes which he
now presents to your honor to probate. That said testator
and in said will nominated your petitioner W.T. Waters
executor thereof. The said deceased left property and effects
as follows: Personal Property,
The said deceased left her surviving Frances H. Howe a neice
her only heir at law, That your petitioner resides at Gainesville
Florida and he willing to accept, and undertake the trust
confided in him in said will, wherefore your petitioner
prays that the said will be admitted to probate, and
letters testamentary thereon may be issued to him
after propper hearing, and proof, and that all other
orders necessary be made. W.T. Waters

the foregoing petition by him subscribed is true
Sworn to and subscribed before me this 14th day
of July AD 1903.
