and no objection being made thereto:
It is ordered adjudged, and decreed, That
upon taking the oath prescribed by law,
Letters Testamentary as aforesaid under the Seal
of this Court, be granted to the said W.T. Waters as
Executor of the last Will, and Testament.

To All Whom These Presents Come: Greeting:
Whereas Adelia M. Wood late of the County
aforesaid died on the 11th day of July AD 1903, duly
admitted to probate, and record in this Court. And
as by said last Will and Testament appears that
W.T. Waters was named therein as the Executor
thereof, and the said W.T. Waters having prayed
the Court to grant Letters Testamentary thereon to him
as Executor, and having in due form of law taken
the prescribed oath, and performed all other acts
necessary to his legal qualification as such Executor.
Now Therefore Know Ye: That I, H.G. Mason County Judge
in, and for the County aforesaid, by virtue of the power and
authority by law in me vested, do hereby declare the
said W.T. Waters duly qualified by the laws of said
State to act as Executor of said Last Will and Testament, with
full power by the provisions of law, and by virtue of these
presents, to administer all and singular the goods
Chattels rights, and credits of said Adelia M. Wood, and to
demand sue for recover, and receive the same: to pay the
debts of which the said Adelia M. Wood stood
bound, so far as the assets shall extend, and
the law direct, and duly entitled to have and hold for
the purposes directed in, and by the same last Will
and Testament, all the estate of said Adelia M.
Wood, during the legal continuance of his admin-
istration untill the same shall expire by
