In testimony Whereof, I here unto set my hand, and
affix the seal of the County Court of the County aforesaid,

Alachua County } Know all men by these Presents:
That we W.T. Waters H.L. Montgomery, and G.J.
Arnow are held and firmly bound unto W.S. Jennings
Govenor of the State of Florida, and his successors in
office in the just, and full sum of Five hundred
Dollars for the true payment we bind ourselves our
heirs executors, administrators, and assigns Jointly
and severally, firmly by these presents.
The Condition of this obligation is such that if the
above bounden W.T. Waters as Executor of all and
singular the goods, and chattels, and rights and credits
of Adelia M. Wood, do make or cause to be made
a true, and perfect inventory of all, and singularly
the goods chattels righghts, and credits of the said deceased
which have or shall Come to hand, possession or knowledge
ledge of him the said W.T. Waters or into the hands
of any person or persons for him, and the same
So made do caused to be filed in the office of
the County Judge in, and for Alachua County on
or before the 1st day of August next ensuing.
And if the above bounden W.T. Waters Executors Shall
faithfully account for said assets without waste or
diversion from their proper administration, and to
pay the same over as the law directs: them this obli-
gation to be void, and of no effect; otherwise to remain
in full force, and virtue W
