Alachua County } Know all men by these presents that
I, Elizabeth A. Bracey of the town of Gainesville in
the County of Alachua, in the State of Florida
being in feeble bodily health; but being of sound
and disposing mind memory, and discretion, and
being ever mindful of the uncertainty of all human
life, and while I have the mind, memory, discretion, and
strength so to do, do make publish and declare this
to be my last will and testament, hereby revoking
any, and all former wills which may at any time
heretofore have been made by me.
First;-I hereby nominate constitute and appoint my
husband William H. Bracey, of the said town of Gainesville
in Alachua County, State of Florida, to be sole
Executor of this my last will, directing my said Executor
to pay, all my just debts and funeral expenses.
Second: after the payment of all of my just debts, of
which there are none, or but very few, and if any, of,
but very trivial amounts, and my funeral expenses,
all the rest and residue of my property, of which I shall
die seized and possessed both real estate and personal
property, consisting as I now remember the same, of the
house and lot in the town of Gainesville, Florida, upon
which I now reside, which was heretofore conveyed to me by
my husband, William H. Bracey, and all of its tenements
and hereditaments and appertenances, and another lot
now owned by me, and situated also in said town of Gaines-
ville in Alachua County Florida, the same being a part of
a lot heretofore conveyed to me by R.F. Taylor, as Com-
missioner, and also a tract of land situated on "Bivens
Arm" in Alachua County, Florida, now owned by me and
which was conveyed to me by two deeds from Misses Metlard
and Sage and also all my household furniture,
and everything connected with my dwelling house
in the shape of personal property. I hereby give devise
and bequeath the whole of said real personal property
and estate, to my much loved husband William
H. Bracey of Gainesville, Alachua County Florida and
to my two daughters Lola Morris (wife of Oscar D. Morris)
and Alva Bracey, who is still a minor, in equal pro-
portions, share and share alike, that is to say, one third
part of the whole of my estate real & personal is hereby
devised and bequeathed to such of them the said Wil
