State of Florida, Alachua County
Before me H.G. Mason County Judge of
said County personally appeared W.T. Waters
who being by me first duly sworn says that
Adelia M. Wood late of the County of
Alachua, and the State of Florida, died on the
11th day of July A.D. 1903 leaving her last Will
and Testament, and that he the said deponent was
named therein as Executor thereof, That he will
faithfully discharge the duties of Executor aforesaid
Well, and truly perform the said last Will and
Testament, pay the just debts in which the said
Adelia M. Wood stood bound, so far as the assets
will extend, and the law directs: to render to
and file in the County Court of the said County of
Alachua a true, and just and perfect inventory
and account of all and singular the estate of said
Adelia M. Wood deceased, and of his admin-
istration thereof when thereunto required
