       State of Florida   }
           Alachua County }
                        I, Samuel James of the County of
       Alachua, and the State of Florida being of sound
       mind, and memory do make publish, and declare
       this my last Will, and Testament.
First  I give devise and bequeath un to my son Charley
       James the following property to wit:
       The south East quarter of the south west quarter
       of section Twenty Eight in Township Nine Range
       Eighteen East. To have, and to hold to him my said son
       and his heirs, and assigns forever
Second I nominate and appoint my said son to be his own
       executor of this Estate my last Will and Testament
       hereby revoking all former Wills by me made,
       In Witness Where of I have hereunto set my hand and
       Seal this 7th day of February A.D. 1899.
