Order "Arthur Miles"
In the County Judge, State of Florida.

Arthur Miles } Alachua County
By the County Judge of said County:
The said last Will and Testament having been
duly established by the sworn testimony of J.D.
Matherson subscribed and attesting witness
thereto, as being the Last Will, and Testament of the
said Arthur Miles and no objection being made
to the probate thereof: and it appearing to the
County Judge of said County by due proof that the
said Arthur Miles died on the 19th day of March
A.D. 1903.
It is therefore ordered, adjudged, and decreed, that the
said Last Will, and Testament, bearing date Feb
7th A.D. 1903, and attested by J.D. Matherson, and
E.B. McCuen as subscribing witnesses there to
be, and the same is hereby, admitted to probate
according to law, as and for the true last Will and
Testament of said Arthur Miles deceased, and that
the same with proof thereof be duly recorded in
the Book of Wills
(Seal) Given under my hand, and seal at Gainesville
in the said County this 13th day of April A.D. 1903.
