Testamentary In County Judge Court of and for Alachua County
Florida.
By the Judge of said Court.
In the matter of Last Will, and Testament of
Arthur Miles Deceased of Alachua County
The said last Will, and Testament having been
duly sworn admitted to record to Probate in this
Court, on the 13th day of April AD 1903, and it
appearing by the last said last Will and Testament
that the said Chris Matherson was named as Executor
thereof; and the said Chris Matherson was named
therein as Executor thereof: and the said Chris
Matherson having prayed the Court to Grant Letters
Testamentary as afore said, under the Seal of this
Court, be granted to the said Chris Matherson as
Executor of the said last Will and Testament.
Witness my name and seal as County Judge aforesaid
at Gainesville, in said County this 13th day of April AD 1903

Alachua County } Be it remembered, That on this 13th
day of April AD 1903, I duly recorded the forgoing
Letter Testamentary in the Public record of said County

To all whom these Present Come. Greeting:
Where as Arthur Miles late of County aforesaid
died
leaving his last Will, and Testament which being
satisfactoryly proven was on the 13th day of April
AD 1903, duly admited to probate, and record in this
Court. And as by said last Will, and Testament appears
that Chris Matherson was named therein as the
Executor thereof and the said Chris Matherson having
prayed the Court to grant Letters Testamentary herein
to him as such Executor and having in due form of
law taken the prescribed oath and performed all
other acts necessary to his legal qualification
as such executor
Now Therefore Know Ye, That I, H.G. Mason
County Judge in and for said County by virtue
of the power invested in me by law do now
