"Arthur Miles"
declare the said Chris Matheson duly qualified
by the laws of said State to act as Executor of
said last Will, and testament with full power
by the provisions of law, and by virtue of these
presents, to administer all, and singular the
goods chattels rights, and credits of the said
Arthur Miles, and to ask, demand and sue for recover and
recieve the same: to pay the debts in which the
said Arthur Miles stood bound so far as the
assets Shall extend, and the law directs, and
duly entitled to have and whole for the purpose
directed in and by the said last Will and Testa-
ment with full power by the provisions of law, and
by virtue of these presents, to administer all and
singular the goods chattels rights, and credits of said
Arthur Miles, and to ask and demand sue
recover and recieve the same; to pay the debts in
which the said Arthur Miles Stood bound so
far as the assets shall extend, and the law directs
and duly entitled to have and hold for the purpose
directed in, and by the said last Will and Testament
all the estate of said Arthur Miles during the
legal continuance of his administration untill
the same shall expire by virtue of said Will
and Testament, or untill the power, and authority
hereby granted shall be duly revoked according
to law In testimony Whereof I hereunto set
my hand, and affixed the seal of the County
Court of the the County aforesaid, at Gainesville
