                           Know all men by these presents,
                That we Chris Matherson, J.D. Matherson
                W.R. Thomas are held, and firmly bound unto
                W.S. Jennings Govenor of the State of Florida,
                and to his successors in office in the full
                payment of Five Hundred Dollars for the true
                payment which we bind ourselves, our heirs
                executors, administrators, and assigns Jointly and
                severally firmly by these presents.
                   Sealed with our seal, and dated this 13th
                day of April AD 1903.
                  The Condition of this obligation is such that if the
                above bounden Exectutor of all and singularly
                the goods Chattels rights and credits of Arthur Miles
                do make or cause to be made a true and perfect
                inventory of all and singularly the goods chattells
                rights and credits of the said deceased which have
                or shall come unto his hands posession or knowl-
                edge of him the said Chris Matherson or into
                the hands of any person or persons for him and the
                same is made do cause to be filed in the
                Office of the County Judge in and for said
                County of Alachua, on or before the
                        next ensuing
                And if the above bounden Chris Matherson
                Executor shall faithfully account for said
                assets without waste or diversion from their
                proper administration, and to pay the same over
                as the law directs, then this obligation to be
                void, and of no effect otherwise to remain in
                full force, and virtue.
