Before me H.G. Mason
County Judge of said County, personally
appeared Chris Matherson who being
by me duly sworn, says that Arthur
Miles late of Alachua and the State of
Florida died on the 19th day of March A.D.
1903, leaving his last Will, and Testament, and
that he the said deponent named therein
as Executor there of, That he the said deponent
named therein as Executor there of,
That he will faithfully discharge the duties
of Executor aforesaid: well and truly perform
the said last Will and Testaments: pay
the just debts in which the said Arthur
Miles stood bound so far as the assets will
extend, and the law directs: render to and file
in the County Court of said County of Alachua
a just, and true, and perfect inventory, and
account of all, and singular the estate of said
Arthur Miles deceased, and of my administraton
thereof when thereunto required.
