Will     "Leonora C. Kenedy"

         In the Name of God. Amen.
            I Lenora C. Kendy of Alachua County,
                  State of Florida
         being of sound mind, and memory, and
         considering the uncertainty of this frail, and
         transitory life do therefore make ordain, and
         publish, and declare this to be my last Will and
         Testament that is to say.
First:   After all my law full debts are paid
         and discharged I give, and bequeath
Second   I give and bequeath to my son Henry E.
         Kennedy the following described parcel of land
         North East quarter of South East quarter of the
         North East quarter Section 1st first Township 7 Seven
         Range 18, Eighteen containing Ten Acres more or less
Third    To my son Lewis A. Kennedy I give, and bequeath
         the following parcel of land, North West quarter
         South East quarter of North East quarter containing
         ten acres more or less All of section one Township 
         seven Range 18 Eighteen.
Fourth   I constitute and appoint Job T. Richard of Alachua
         County State of Florida to be Executor of my last
         Will and Testament.
         In Witness whereof I have hereunto subscribed my
         name, and affixed my seal this 1st November in
         the year of Our Lord Nineteen Hundred
