                                 In the County Court of Alachua
               County, to the Honorable H.G. Mason Judge of
               said, Court the petitioner of H.E. Kennedy
               respectfully showeth that he is a resident
               of Alachua County, State of Florida, that on
               the 16th day of February A.D. 1904 Leonora C.
               Kennedy of the said Alachua County
               departed this life at her home leaving a
               last Will, and Testament duly signed and
               attested as your petitioner believes which he now
               presents to your honor to probate, That said
               testator in said will nominated Job T. Richard
               as executor thereof. That the said deceased
               left property, and effect as follows some Real,
               and personal property.
               The said deceased left her surviving children
               and one grand child her only heirs at law. That
               your petitioner resides in Alachua County and
               he is willing to accept, and undertake the trust
               confided to him in said will where fore your
               petitioner prays that the said will may be admitted
               to probate and letters testamentary thereon may
               be issued                  after proper hearing
               and proof and that all other orders necessary
               be made.
