Certificate   In Court of County Judge, in and for Putnam
              County, Florida. In Probate
              I, M.I. Coxe, do hereby certify that I am sole
              presiding Judge of the Court of County Judge 
              in and for Putnam County, State of Florida: that
              said Court, under the Constitution and Laws of
              the State of Florida has and exercised Probate
              Jurisdiction in said Putnam County: that as
              such Presiding Judge I am Ex Officio Clerk of said
              Court there being no qualified Clerk thereof:
              that such sole presiding Judge and Ex Officio
              Clerk, I have by the law the custody of the seal,
              and all books records documents, papers, and
              files appertaining to said Court; that the
              papers hereto attached are true copies of   papers
              appertaining to my said Court, and that the same
              are on file, and of record in my office to wit:

              To all to whom these presents shall Come Greeting
              Whereas Isabella Glenn late of said County
              died on the first day of April, AD 1900
              leaving a last will and testament, in which
              no executor is named, whereas Elizabeth Mary
              King has applied by petition to be appointed Ad-
              ministratrix, Cum testamento annexo, and it
              appearing to the satisfaction of the Court from said
              petition that the applicatnt is the sole immediate
              beneficiary of said last will and testament, a fit
              and proper person and entitled to be appoint-
              ted as such Administratrix.
              Now, therefore Know ye that I, M.I. Coxe
              County Judge in an for said County
