liam H. Bracey Lola Morris, and Alva Bracey, to Have and
to hold the same unto them and each of them, and to their
and each of their heirs and assigns forever.
     Provided, however, and the said devise and bequest is to
be at all times subject to the following stipulations and express
conditions, that is to say: it is my will and desire &
I do hereby so stipulate and declare it to be my will &
express desire that my said husband & Executor the said William
H. Bracey shall, after my decease, shallissues heirs Lola Morris and Alva Bracey
are hereby expressly declared to have on right under my will
to ask or demand any portion or division of any part
of my property real or personal, or to ask or demand any
of the rents issues or profits arriving therefrom, or any control
or possession of any part of said property real or personal
or of any of the proceeds of the sale of any part or portion
of any of said property real or personal untill such time
and until such time only as my said husband and
Executor William H. Bracey shall either depart this life or
in his best judgment and discretion shall see fit and
proper to apportion the same between and among them
and not until then.
     And it is further my will and desire, and I do hereby
give and bequeath to my said husband William H. Bracey
all of the rents issues and profits arriving from or growing
out of the whole of said property real or personal
for and during his natural life or until such time
