desiring that the goods chattels rights and
credits of the said deceased may be legally
administered, and disposed of according to the
terms of the said last will and testament, do
hereby grant unto said applicant, Eliza Mary
King letters of administration Cum testamento
annexo with full by the tenor of these presents,
to administer the goods chattels, rights, and credits
of the said deceased, according to the terms of said
last Will and testament, and to ask demand sue
for recover, and recieve the same, pay the debts
of the said deceased so far as the assets will
extend, and the law directs, and then the balance
to dispose of as in said will is directed.
And the said Eliza Mary King having given
bond, taken the oath prescribed by law, and per
formed all other acts necessary to her just qual-
-ification as administratrix, is, by order of this
Court, and by virtue of these presents ordained
Constituted, and appointed Administratrix Cum
estamento annexo of all and singular the goods
Chattels, right, and credits of said Isabella Glenn
deceased.
