Item 6   After all and every the foregoing legacies and
         the aforegoing devise have been paid or allowed
         I hereby direct, that all the rest and residue of
         my estate, real and personal or mixed, shall be by
         executors hereinafter named Converted unto Cur-
         rency money, that from the aggregate amount
         of said residue of said estate the sum of Fifty
        ($5000) dollars shall be reserved for the purpose
         hereinafter Stated in section h of this item and
         the balance thereof divided and distributed by
         my executors herein after named as follows
         that is to say, in Eight Equal Parts to wit
(a)      To Nellie Lee, Dora Lee, and Katie Lee daughters
         of my neice Katie Mudd Lee, all of Mont
         gomery County in the State of Missouri, or the
         Survivors of them share and Share alike, one eighth
         of the balance of said residue of my said estate
(B)      To Sallie Dyer, Emma Dyer and Hemmie Dyer daughters
         of my Nephew the late Flem Dyer or the survivor or
         Survivors of them Share and share alike One Eighth
         of the balance of said residue of my said estate,
(C)      To Nora and Agness Mudd daughters of my
         Nephews James Edwin Mudd, and any other daughter or
         dughters that may be born to the said James Edwin Mudd
         the survivor or survivors of them share and share alike
         One eighth of the balance of said residue of my
         sad Estate
(D)      To D.W.B. Wommack of Lincoln County in the State
         of Missouri one eighth of the balance of said
         residue of my said estate to be held by him in trust
         nevertheless for the use of Etta Dyer daughter of
         John T. Dyer and paid to the said Etta Dyer by said
         trustee upon her attaining the age of eighteen years
(E)      To Stella Ensar Mudd one eighth of the
         balance of said residue of my said Estate
(F)      To Mary Elyarine Wommack my neice one
         eighth of the balance of said residue of my said
         Estate
(H)      To my Executors hereinafter named the aforesaid
         sum of Fifty dollars ($5000) heretofore reserved
         in this item of this my last will and testament
         And the remaining one Eight of the balance of
         said residue of my estate to be held by him in
