trust, nevertheless for the following uses and
purposes, that is to say: that my executors
hereinafter named shall expend the amount
arising from the two sources above Stated
or so much thereof as may be necessary in
board tuition, and expences incident thereto on
Anna Amanda Gardiner at some female School,
to be selected by my executors hereinafter
named for the period of two years, and I do
further direct my hereinafter named executors
to expend the balance accruing from the two
sources above mentioned, if any there be in the
manner for the use of Heath Gardiner, sister
of the said Anna Amanda Gardiner, the said,
Anna Amanda Gardiner, and the said Hester Gardiner
being daughters of my nephew Sylvester F. Gardiner.
And lastly I do hereby constituted and appoint my
Nephew Olayseous B. Gardner of Charles County
in the State of Maryland to be the executor of this
my last will and testament herein revoking all other
Wills and Codicils by me heretofore made Free from the
penalty of a bond for the faithfull performance of same
the trust hereinafter reposed in my said executor
I testimony whereof I have hereunto set my
hand and seal Subscribed my name, and affixed
my seal this 23rd day of May in the year of Our
Lord One thousand nine hundred and One.

for her last will and testament in the presence of

the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed

On the 4th day of August 1903,
came Alaysian B. Gardiner, and made oath
in due form of law, that he does not know
of any will or codicil of Mrs Mary J. Simms
late of said County deceased other than the above
instrument of writing and that he received the same
