Will     In the Name of God: Amen.

        I Susan Bates, being of sound mind and memory, and
      considering the uncertainty of this frail and transitory life,
                      ordain,
      do therefore make,^publish and declare this to be my last,
      Will and Testament, that is to say,
      First - After all my lawful debts are paid and discharged
      I give and bequeath to Ella Forester and Wm Davis, my
                                   estate
      only two children all my real^and personal property that
      I may die possessed of, which now consists of one horse, one
      cow, my stock of hogs, my homestead on road to South
      Lake, my house and Lot in Titusville, Florida, One house
      and five acre lot in Gainesville, Florida, and one watch
      now in the hands of Sheriff J.P. Brown, which I authorize
      Mr. Brown to deliver to my Executor, my said Executor to
      take charge of all my property, including the furniture in my
      house at Titusville until such time as my two children above
      named shall agree on a division of the same,
      Likewise, I make constitute and appoint Alex Forester, with
      full power to make all deeds and other conveyances to my
      said children and to sell and dispose of such personal prop-
      erty as may be needed to pay my debts and funeral expenses
      to be my Executor of this my Last Will and Testament,
      hereby revoking all former Wills by me made,
         In Witness Whereof, I have hereunto subscribed my name
      and affixed my seal the 11th day of October, in the year of
      Our Lord One thousand nine hundred and four (1904)

      The above partly written and partly printed instrument was
      subscribed by the said Susan Bates, by her making her mark
      in our presence, and acknowledged by her to each of us, and
      she at the same time declared the above instrument so sub-
      scribed to be her Last Will and Testament, and we at her
      request have signed our names hereto in her presence and in
      the presence of each other, and written opposit our names our
      respective places of Residence.
