                          Personally appeared before me, John
        Henry and Wm Gibson, who being each duly sworn, says
        upon his oath that they have examined the Last Will and
        Testament of Susan Bates, deceased, and that their names
        signed thereto are their genuine signatures, and they further
        swear that they did sign said Will as witnesses at the re-
        quest of said Testatrix in her presence and in the presence of
        each other on the 11th day of October A.D. 1904, and said
        Will remained in the possession of John Henry from the
        date of its execution to the death of said Testatrix.
