To the Honorable H.G. Mason, Judge of said Court.
The Petition of M.E. Bryant respectfully showeth, That
She is a resident of Alachua County, State of Florida, That on
the 14" day of March AD 1904 Marshall Posey of Island
Grove in said Alachua County departed this life at Island
Grove, Fla, leaving a last Will and Testament, duly signed
and Attested, as your Petitioner believes, which she now
presents to your Honor for Probate, That said Testator in
said Will nominated your Petitioner, Mrs M.E. Bryant Ex-
ecutor thereof, That deceased left property and effects as
follows, Household furniture, Twenty head of cattle more or
less, twenty head of hogs, 2 Wagons, 1 buggy Lots 3 & 4 Sec 1, T 12
R 22 That deceased him surviving, no children or wife,
his only heirs at law, That your Petitioner resides at
Island Grove, Fla, and is willing to accept and undertake
the trust confided to her in said will
Wherefore Your Petitioner prays that the said Will may be
admitted to Probate, and Letters testamentary thereon may
be issued to her after proper hearing and proof, and that all
other orders necessary may be made.

I, Marshall Posey, of Island Grove
Alachua County, Florida, a farmer by Occupation, being of
sound and disposing mind and memory, do make publish
and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament. And
as to my worldly estate and all the property, real, personal
or mixed of which I shall die seized and possessed, or to
which I shall be entitled at the time of my death, I devise
bequeath, and dispose thereof in the manner following, to wit
My Will is that all my just debts and funeral expenses
