as he may see fit and proper at his discretion to either
divide the said property between himself and my two
daughters, or until such time as he may see fit and
proper in his best judgment and discretion to sell and
dispose of the said property, real and personal, as
is hereinafter provided for and at no time and in
no event is he my said Executor to be accountable to
any one for any of said rents, issues or profits arising
or growing out of said property real or personal
or any part-thereof
Third- It is my will and desire effectually to carry
out the foregoing provisions of this my will, that my
said husband and Executor William H. Bracey shall
at all times have the power and authority to be
subject alone to his own best judgment, option
and discretion, and he is hereby expressly authorized
and fully empowered as my Executor of this my
last will at any and all times that he in his discretion
may see proper so to do, to sell absolutely and
convey absolutely by Deed or Deeds in fee, and at
such price or prices as he in his judgment, and
at his own discretion may see proper, to except
any part or portion of or the whole of my real
estate and personal estate of which I may die
seized and possessed, and wheresoever the same
may be situated, and upon such terms as he may
see fit and proper, without let or hinderance upon
the part of any one whomsoever. And in the event
of any such sale, or sales, by him, he shall pay over
to Lola Morris, one-third part of the proceeds of such
sale or sales,-and shall Keep for himself one third
part thereof, and the other third part of such
proceeds he shall Keep in trust-or invest as he
may think best, and proper in his judgment-and
discretion, for the use of my daughter Alva Bracey,
until such time as she shall arive at the age of
twenty-one (21) years, when the same shall be paid over
to her, or her heirs, or the securities taken for the
investment thereof, or property purchased therewith
for her use shall be delivered over to her
