shall by my Executrix hereinafter named be paid out of my
estate as soon after my decease as Shall by them be found
convinient. I give, devise and bequeath to my beloved niece Mary E.
Bryant and James H. Black, all my household furniture, my
horse, Vehickles, plows, implements, also my entire stock of cattle
and hogs, and what money I may have at my decease. I also
devise and bequeath my dwelling house and all outbuildings,
land, and its appurtenances, situated in Alachua County F and
described as follows, to wit Lots 3 and 4, less 2 acres for Church
and Cemetary purposes, said land being in section one, town-
ship twelve (12) Range twenty two east
         And lastly I do nominate and appoint my beloved
niece Mary E. Bryant, to be the Executrix of my Last Will
and Testament.
          In Witness whereof I, the said Marshall Posey have
          to this my Last Will and Testament consisting of
          one sheet of paper, subscribed my name and affixed
          my seal this 4" day of November AD 1901

Signed, sealed, published and declared by the said Marshal Posey
as and for his Last Will and Testament in the presence of us, who at
his request and in his presence and in the presence of each other
have subscribed our names as witnesses thereto.

                   Personally appeared before me H.G. Mason
County Judge for the County aforesaid, J.W. Moore, the subscrib-
ing witness to the foregoing paper writing, who being duly sworn
declares and says that Marshal Posey did, in his presence
sign, seal and publish the foregoing paper writing as and
for his Last Will and Testament and that he the said
witness signed the same as a subscribing witness at the
special request of the said Testator, and that the said Testator
signed said paper writing in the presence of F.T. Baker and
B.T. Cason, who likewise signed said paper writing as sub-
scribing witnesses in the presence and at the request of
said testator and also in the presence of this appoint,
